The lady who works the dressing room is so RUDE!! This isn't my 1st time having issues with her rude behavior. I told her I was going to try on clothes & asked how many can I take in, she says "Eight, you should know that!" like I'm supposed to remember. Then she tells me to hurry up because she has things she has to do. I asked her what time does the dressing room close, she says 9pm. This took place around 7-7:30pm. You sure did pick the wrong profession for someone who hates being bothered. From this moment on I will continue to report her bad behavior every time I encounter it! I encourage everyone to go to the Newport Walmart & try on clothes!! She needs a major attitude adjustment!!

Nobody in any department bothers to answer their phones. I’ve called no less than 15 times over a few hours (with time in between I understand being busy in the moment) and absolutely nobody answered no matter the department I pressed. This is ridiculous. I can’t even speak to a manager because the Human Resources won’t pick up either. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. All I was trying to do was ask if anyone has found my lost wallet and turned it in.

"I came for a 40-pack of toilet paper and left with a renewed understanding of the human condition. Walmart isn’t just a store; it’s a high-stakes interactive theater where the dress code is 'anything that was on the floor this morning' and the plot is 'chaos.' During my 20-minute journey from the milk aisle to the checkout, I saw a man wearing a full ghillie suit browsing the electronics, a toddler having a spiritual crisis over a box of Cheez-Its, and a woman successfully navigating a motorized scooter while holding a bearded dragon. It’s like a People of Walmart fever dream come to life, and I had a front-row seat. The staff are clearly battle-hardened veterans of the retail wars, maintaining a level of 'seen-it-all' stoicism that deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. You don't just shop here; you survive it. I don’t know who’s in charge of casting the patrons for this location, but give them an Oscar. 5/5 stars. The prices are low, the adrenaline is high, and the people-watching is the best free entertainment in the zip code. I’ll be back next week for more lightbulbs and existential wonder.

Too big. Difficult to find what i am looking for. Not a quick place to run in and pick up a few things. Handicap carts are scarce. As are benches to rest. Elderly and handicapped people are under serverd in that regard. Although they carry better items here with better choices at this particular store than 3 others I have visited. And cleaner.

In the last 3 months, I have ordered 3 different items from Walmart.com for delivery. All were late, couldn't track or find out why they were not being delivered. Customer service was no help at all. They lost my last item and refunded the cost. It was delivered then they recharged me after I purchased the item from Amazon. Beware if you need something on time. Wasted alot of my time.
