Doctor Maggie was terrefic. She is very personable, tells you what she is doing and tells you what she is observing. She answers all questions with a smile. 1,000 times more enjoyable and a much more thorough eye exam than our eye exam at Costco in Sandy (3 years ago) and at Costco in South Jordan (last year). The office staff are excellent also. I highly recommend.
The people at this place are absolutely irresponsible. They keep on file my insurance information and still for the second time they didn’t use my insurance coverage. Please make sure you bring your paperwork and that they do it right. You should expect better from Sam’s Club but O am not sure if they don’t know how to do their job or they just really don’t care about the customer.

Fantastic experience last Sunday! I've patronized this office for 15 years. I lost an eyeglass screw and I was able to get instant help, on a Sunday afternoon. I was out of the warehouse in less than five minutes. So glad they were open!
Chera ordered the wrong frames and was arguing with me about my original section. Didn't take any responsibility for the mistake. Not the best experience
