Service is absolutely ridiculous. If you mess up on a self checkout and God forbid you cant scan a baroda. And you push a button for help, you'll be waiting and waiting. I looked at 3 associates just standing and all talking to each other made eye contact with me and didnt do anything. I then took my whole cart full of already scanned items no another lane and redid everything. Then doubled scanned an item because im having to do this process all over again. Guy catches it at the door, send me the hell back inside to customer service where I already have all my cold groceries waiting behind a 1 manned customer service member who just spent 20 mins talking about a story with his sams club account. Absolutely ridiculous.

We have great confidence in Dr. Eric Giese. In 2020, he caught a rare eye condition in one of our children that had been overlooked by other eye doctors. Dr. Giese encouraged us to take our child to see a specialist, which we did, and our child is now being properly treated for that condition. Dr. Giese earned our trust, and our family uses him exclusively.
Took my daughter in for her first contact exam and fitting, she's been wearing glasses for a few years but now that she's old enough to wear contacts, I wanted to have her try them especially now that she's playing volleyball. She had 2 pair of glasses last year and both have been hit and damaged by something at school. I set my appointment the week before, showed up on time. We were helped and went through the whole processes as expected. They are pretty busy and had 4 total people working the department doing the work of 6. I could hear the phone ringing with no answer, unsure if its optical or customer service that is setup right next to it. Was a good experience, needed to be juggled in between other customers for each step of the processess but the wait wasnt bad
The optometrist is very thorough and has remembered me and my name year after year, even prior to being given my file. That makes you feel like a valued customer.
Very poor customer service. Staff is unfriendly and always acts too busy to help you. Service is slow. Been twice...both times were not positive.
