Sam’s Club Optical

I have been coming to this location for my optical needs throughout different stages adulthood from going through college, many part-time jobs to my professional career; with and without vision insurance. Vision has been a driving factor in my performances throughout all stages. The Dr has changed at this location but the Sam’s Club optician staff has remained attentive. They take their time explaining policies and the variety of options per your needs. They are always up to date on prescriptions and even send reminders when a visit is due. They have a great choice of eyewear and since I have an astigmatism they ship my contacts straight to my house which is always convenient when my prescription is not carried in-store. They also have the best prices for contacts! The familiar faces are friendly and I look forward to my yearly appointments. I find myself recommending Sam’s Club Ontario for optical needs to family and friends. Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed

I came in feeling frustrated because I didn’t have insurance, but Chris was incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to explain my options and made me feel comfortable instead of stressed. It’s rare to find that level of patience and customer care. The whole experience ended up being much better than I expected. I truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend Sams Optical!

Such an easy experience every time with the optical associates, contact lens prices are unbeatable. 10/10.

Review for independent doctor - contact eye exam Receptionist is an older lady who is rude and very unprofessional. I felt the doctor saw this and had an over kill with kindness, which somewhat offset the rudeness of the receptionist. This doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism from the receptionist. The equipment didn’t look clean. Which made me wonder if it’s sanitized before each patient. At my previous eye exams, with Target Optical, the Dr would sanitize the equipment right before I used it. I was going on vacation and I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere before departing. That’s the only reason I chose to go forward with the eye exam. Otherwise I would have walked out. 2 Stars
