Kevork was kind and helpful. This was my first time buying contact lenses from Sam’s and I will definitely be back thanks to the awesome customer service! Thank you Kevork for making sure I was taken care of.

The older man who works there and handles prescriptions and glasses sales is extremely arrogant, narcissistic, and rude. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. When I brought my prescription, he treated me very poorly. When I picked up the glasses, same attitude. And when I came back to complain about the poor quality of the lenses, he blamed it on the fact that I didn’t get anti-reflective coating which is simply not true. I’ve worn glasses from costco for years without anti-reflective coating and never had this problem. He refused to fix the issue and said he couldn’t offer a refund either. Completely unprofessional and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this place to buy glasses.

Erica S. Definitely made my dreams come true. She turned my horrible nightmare into a beautiful gift. I sat on my glasses and they broke, unfortunately I'm 70 years old now and I need my glasses as soon as possible because I use them for everything. I feel like I'm blind without them. I went into Sam's club and for a long shot thinking I'm going to go look , but just as I walked in the most kind-hearted individual approached me and listened to what I needed and fit me perfectly with the newest glasses that fit my prescription and trust me I'm hard to please. With Erica S. I felt like it was the most intriguing experience I've ever had I feel like a million bucks with these new glasses that I picked up a few weeks after . It's been a few days now since I picked them up. And I just can't believe how me sitting on my glasses turned out to be a good thing cuz now I met my new favorite optometrist Erica S. And I got the most prettiest stylish glasses in the store All thanks to her All my kids, nephews, nieces, and grandkids all love my new Frames and I got them with transitions. I'm the happiest can be, 🙏 👍 Thanks to you again Erica S. You have a Gift and it Shows. 🎇👑

Thank you so much Sam's club for having the best optometrist working there I got to say Erica S. is by far someone that saved my life. I came into her last minute with my eyeglass issues and I swear without her I would not be able to see. She fixed my glasses and I was on my way but before I left I came back and I bought a new pair. Because she was able to answer all my questions and I knew in the future if I have any issues this was a place to go and if anybody needs any help trust me you want to come in and ask for Erica .I really wasn't looking forward to buying a new set of glasses but after she fixed my first pair of glasses and she helped me with the rest of my issues that I was having I was sold knowing that this was the only place that I'll ever have to go to get all my eye vision needs. Thank you again so much Erica You're the greatest 👍
