They are never appropriately staffed. I’m just done with there system. I’m going back Wal-Mart where they are cheaper and their staff works at more than 1 mph. It takes them 20 minutes to type in all the stuff.

My eye doctor quoted me $350 for a years supply of contacts. I got the exact same contacts at Sam’s for $180, and walked out with them same day! My eye doctor faxed my Rx and Sam’s ran my insurance quickly. Such a pleasant experience, Kenny was so helpful.
Sam's eye doctor at this location was always pleasant, and eye exams resulted in correct eyeglass Rx. However, the contact lens Rx's I received impeded my near vision, and I am nearsighted to begin with. For years before, I'd been able to read with contact lenses, but with Rx's from Sam's Club Atlanta, it was not possible unless I wore reading glasses, which defeats the purpose of wearing contacts. I later confirmed that my recent Sam's Rx for contacts is incorrect for both eyes, unfortunately. I will be getting a new contact lens exam and Rx elsewhere.
