Kate (at the Andermatt location) was SO helpful and patient!! I appreciated her input as to what frames did or did not look good on me. When I finally decided on two pair (plus a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses), she was efficient in getting all the paperwork and measurements completed despite computer issues. I was glad I decided to stop at Sam's Optical!! Thank you, Kate!

Great staff, extremely helpful and patient while I went through several frames before I found the right one. 2/15/20 - Went in at 6:45 pm to pick up an order but no one to be found, all lights off. It states online that the optical dept. is open till 7pm, wasted trip, very irritating.
