Despite coming in multiple times with the exact box of contacts I wanted to order, the wrong contacts were ordered. Confirmed before order that what we were ordering matched what we wanted and the center still got the wrong box. Lady was friendly.
Extremely great experience at their store today. Broke my glasses for the first time and was dreading the hassle and cost of repair, but the extremely friendly young lady who helped me (sorry I forgot to get your name for specific praise) had it completely repaired better than when I broke them in less time than it took for me to eat a hot dog at the food court. 10/10 Service, and I will absolutely use them for any optical needs in the future.
The prices are amazing. The selection is even better and the warranty included has helped me replace my daughter's frames and lenses for free when they were damaged. Hands down best place for kids glasses.
Leanna has been extremely professional, courteous, and supportive in recommending the right glasses for me. She is a great capable Sams employee and need to be rewarded by management!
