Cait is excellent at her job. We have really enjoyed working with her. I am not an easy person to get glasses to work right on and she has been kind and patient and helpful. Give her a raise! She deserves it!!

Kait is amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me get contact lenses before I left on a trip. She made the process so easy and was delightful to work with. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I had made a decision a year ago to never purchase contacts here again...and then I did. Never again! I gave them another chance, which I regret. I ordered my contacts and was told they would come in about a week. I called after two weeks and was told they were coming in slow...many orders were. The third week I called...still not there. They said they would follow up "great idea"! I got a follow up phone call saying their lab didn't even provide them! How long could this of gone on? They even couldn't own their mistake...the lab didn't tell them. Be careful...lack of professionalism and they just don't care....

Best in South Jordan! Kaitlin was fast, friendly and super nice! People need to stop leaving bad reviews about this place the ladies are working really hard to make sure we're happy they all definitely care about their jobs!

The lady working in Optical sucks! She doesn't even address you just leaves you standing here. A simple "I'll be with you in a moment would suffice. " and she just let's the phone ring off the hook and doesn't answer it. If you don't want to work with the public l, then don't! Pretty simple. Sam's Club do better. Her name tag says "Shaga"
