Sam’s Club Optical

I had such a great experience here. I wear both contacts and glasses and needed new sets of both. The staff took the time to go over what would be most cost effective for me while utilizing my insurance. I was able to get a year’s supply of contacts for half the price of what they cost at the eye doctor for the same exact brand. My glasses were also available within a week, and I liked the styles at Sam’s even better than the eye doctor.

Ivy waited on me and I would give him 5 stars out of 5 with bonus stars if I could! He saw that one of the nose pads came off my eyeglasses and he not only replaced them but he replaced them with a larger, more comfortable, gel pad. He adjusted them for a perfect fit 3 times until they were perfect…without me asking for the adjustments. He’s outstanding!

Everyone at the Sam's Club Optical Center at the Virginia Beach location was very helpful and friendly! I write this review because that hasn't been my experience at other Sam's Club Optical locations. They go out of their way to help and make sure you're satisfied with your prescription and experience. Thank you, Optical Center!

Received great assistance and advice from Ivy, but Sam's Club Optical does NOT accept Humana insurance.

Karin was wonderful to work with! She is very kind and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help. I highly recommend her.
