Sam’s Club Optical

We had a great experience with Jamel in the tire department at Sam’s Midlothian. He was very attentive, addressed our concerns and was very pleasant to talk with. He took the time to look over an issue with a screw in our tire and let me know it couldn’t be patched. He took care of ordering the new tire and making sure the damaged tire had the correct air pressure and assured me I was safe to drive it home. He went above and beyond in his customer service. You have a great employee in Jamel and he deserves to be recognized!!

Alex was very knowledgeable, he took lots of time to make sure my glasses would work for my lifestyle. I have a strong Rc and he went above and beyond polishing my coke bottle lens edges to be less noticeable

I went to Sam’s to buy glasses, the manager there at 901 Walmart way optical quoted me a price on my glasses that would have only cost me what my insurance was going to pay . Months later I got a bill for $99.19 after my insurance paid my full benefit ! This man lied to me bc they submitted a claim that was over $100 more than what I was quoted! I have a witness to the fact that I was quoted much less . I wouldn’t have purchased my glasses there for that high price had I known I was getting ripped off ! I could have gotten two pair at another store for what my insurance was going to allow ! I’m very upset ! In addition , I called corporate and got nowhere with them either . I will not be using Sam’s anymore .

We've ordered glasses and prescriptions from here each year for myself and my children. Knowledgeable, friendly staff (the man loves making the kids laugh). Outstanding customer service. My kids are hard on their frames and they're always, so great about repairing them.

Always a great experience. Staff is experience and having optometrist on site is a plus
