Stopped into the optical department tonight to have my son’s glasses repaired. We thought it was probably a lost cause, but wanted to check if there was any way to repair them. Tabrea was working and was able to fix them. She was so pleasant. She fixed them quickly and tightened them up and cleaned them up so nicely all for free. We had questions regarding our insurance and coming back for exams and new glasses in the future. She was extremely knowledgeable about what insurance would and would not cover. She educated us on what the exams would cost us. Thank you for a great experience

Just had a exam and I have to say, The team there is consistently professional, patient, and genuinely cares about getting things right. You can tell they’re not just rushing people through, they actually take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you’re comfortable with your prescription and fit. I was helped by Nicole, and she was absolutely wonderful. She had such a great smile and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. It’s clear she cares about people, not just the transaction. Contact lenses especially can be tricky since everyone’s eyes react differently, but from what I’ve seen, the staff does everything they can to troubleshoot and help find the best solution. (Thanks Doc) They’ve always been willing to listen and adjust when needed, which goes a long way. On top of that, the value is pretty good. Quality service, fair pricing, and a team that clearly puts in effort every day. No place is perfect, but the people here really do try, and it shows. I’ll definitely continue coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly optical care. Plus, I CAN SEE!

I bought a pair of glasses on 7/9/25. Today on 11/22/25, the arm separated from the hinge. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Sam’s said they couldn’t help because I didn’t buy the Allstate insurance plan. I won’t be going back and will be canceling my membership. Very disappointed.
