My R lens must not have been seated properly (from the lab), so without any damage or strong force, the R lens popped out of the frame (with mild force when wiping off a smudge), but the folks at this Sam's Club optical desk fixed it within minutes without any fuss! Thanks!!!

My family of 5 have been going to Sam’s Club Optical for the past 10 years or so. We love the convenience of picking out our own glasses and having them within a few weeks of ordering. Sometimes the kids glasses are buy one get one free, we save even more money.

Worst service! Took 6 weeks for me to get my trial contacts, then had to wait for the doctor to be there to do a training session since it is my 1st time wearing contacts! It feels like my contacts have no prescription in them at all. I cannot see any better with them on. Very frustrated!!! Wish I would have gone somewhere else!!!

Call before heading out to pick up glasses. Made a 10 mile trip across town to pick up glasses thinking they were open 10 to 7. Trouble is they do not have anyone to cover lunches. Got there a little past 3:30 only to find a sign that no one would be there till 4:00.
