My mom had a good experience here. The reception area is clean and spacious. The ladies at the check in desk were friendly and greeted us kindly. Rachael did a wonderful job. She was very friendly but still very professional. She kept mom calm and was able to perform a good exam. We will be back next year. 🙂
There was no one there so got seen 6 mins before appointment which 1:10pm got out in 1hr they had to dialate eyes took 15mins then 15 mind or so looking for glasses which guy said which one you can get on insurance have wait 2wks to get due to holidays. Everything about the appointment and being in the office was all done very professionally and in a timely manner. Very soon after Dr. Bay examined my eyes and gave a diagnosis then prescriptions Along with an over-the-counter product, my eyes began to improve as well as my skin. I would recommend him to anyone in my family as well as the public.
I would definitely recommend San Antonio Eye Center. Dr. Pessoa is excellent with children. He engages with the young ones very well by getting them involved with eye exam process. He helped my 7yr grandson feel very comfortable during the whole process. He made it fun for him. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. I only wished that I'd asked the lady who had assistanced with the process so I could personally name her. She even came out while we were waiting to check-out, to let my grandson know she enjoyed him and look forward to his next visit. Thank you Dr. Pessoa and staff

Dr. Early was kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process.
