San Bernardino Eye Specialists

This morning was my first visit to the San Bernardino Eye Specialists. My appt was at 9. The doors opened about 5 minutes before 9, the receptionist confirmed my insurance & health info within a few minutes. A technician efficiently and kindly ran me thru all the basic tests and measurements, the Dr saw me. He was thorough, thoughtful, and explained everything. I felt the team here gave me quality, personal care. I was not simply rushed thru processes.

I was supposed to be a new client and was willing to driving to the San Bernardino location. I did not receive a message with the location the way woman over the phone said she would. She even repeated my phone number. I called a San Bernardino location ( there are 3 locations), only to be told that they are connected to all locations and do not see any appointment set. I understand that there are mistakes but if I am giving you my information over the phone, looked up my insurance, talked to the doctor about her schedule, and put me on hold for about 10-15 minutes I expect to have an appointment set.

My visit to San Bernardino Eye Specialists in Riverside CA was absolutely the best experience l have had in my many years of eye care visits. Not only was l given an appointment right away, but l was seen quickly and my every concern and question was answered without hesitation. I felt that Dr Justin was exceptional and understood exactly how to make me feel at ease and secure in learning about my eye health. I learned new things today regarding my eye health that really helped me. I am now able to relax and be less stressed regarding my vision and this is thanks to Dr Justin at San Bernardino Eye Specialists in Riverside CA I am so very grateful to have found him. Great experience! Nice clean office and the staff was friendly but not overwhelming. My last glasses cost upward of $200, this time I got out with just my co pay=winning!

I would highly recommend this specialist for your eye care. Very clean office, workspace, extremely professional and the optometrist, Tiffany Tran was a big help for my situation I am facing.
