One hundred percent satisfied! The communication from the beginning was excellent and appointment was made via text. The clinic is spacious and airy, clean and well equipped. Staff is friendly and courteous. My daughter’s examination was on time and precise, no waiting and quickly she chose what she wanted after several nice choices to make. We are keeping this optometrist clinic!
My family and I have been coming here for years! The office is always well taken care of, very clean. Monique and the women in the office are very friendly, helpful and attentive. There is a great selection of glasses. DRs are amazing and lenses are always accurate! Highly recommend!!
Every time we come here it’s such a great experience. There is nothing but customer service and kindness from the front desk, to the doctors ,to the people who help you find your frames and Make sure they fit properly. I’ve been coming here for years with my son, my mom, and my sister, and we’ve always had such a great experience. The office is well organized and runs very smoothly, which makes every visit stress-free. Monique and the women in the office are friendly, professional, and always make us feel comfortable and welcomed. One thing that really stood out to me was when I had taken my son to Kaiser and they couldn’t get his prescription right. The first time I came here, they got it correct right away, which meant so much to us. You can really tell they care about their patients and take the time to provide quality care. I truly appreciate how consistent and reliable they’ve been over the years. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a place they can trust!
