The doctors at this facility are fabulous. I've seen Dr. Pablan, Dr. Mahdavi and Dr. Rocha. I really like all 3 of them and am sorry that I probably won't be seeing them much longer because of the scheduling practices at this facility. On my last visit with Dr. Mahdavi, I made an appointment at the front desk with Dr. Rocha for my exam for my glasses. I specified that I would like the appointment to be with Dr. Rocha. The girl assured me my appointment was with Dr. Rocha. When I got the text to confirm the appointment, it was with another doctor. I called and explained that my appointment was supposed to be with Dr Rocha. They told me I could reschedule with Dr. Rocha, but that would push my appointment out another two weeks. I agreed to wait another two weeks because Dr. Rocha is worth waiting for. When I got the confirmation text, it was with another doctor. I called and I was told that if I wanted to see Dr. Rocha, I would have to make another appointment. I made another appointment another week or so out. He assured me my appointment was with Dr. Rocha and said he would note my account that I didn't want to be switched. I got my next confirmation text and it had no doctor listed this time. I called to verify my appointment and again, they had switched me to another doctor. Three times. Dr. Rocha was going to be there at the time of my appointment, but I couldn't see her because they had scheduled another appointment with her at that time. I asked why I was scheduled if she already had an appointment and got no answer. But I could reschedule a 4th time. Now I have to leave work early for my 4th appt. with this doctor. They couldn't explain why I keep getting switched. I asked to speak to a manager. I was on hold for 30 minutes before they took my call. Total time on the phone with them was 50 minutes. I spoke to Sheila who had no idea why I keep getting switched. All she could tell me was that my current appt was with Dr. Rocha and was there anything else she could do for me. I asked if this was the policy of the facility and she said no. I asked how I could be sure I won't be switched again. She said all she could tell me was that my current appt was with Dr Rocha. I asked if this could happen again and she said she couldn't predict the future. I asked her if switching people was not the policy, why couldn't she be sure it wouldn't happen again. She again said she can't predict the future and said if there wasn't anything else she could help me with to have a nice day. During the conversation she became a bit impatient reiterating that my appointment was currently with Dr. Rocha and didn't know what my question was. I indicated that if this keeps happening, I'm going to find a new facility. Though she didn't say so, her tone told me that was fine with her. If this is the facility's policy, fine. But they should be upfront so patients know what to expect and just deal with it. For this to keep happening over and over, but yet they deny it's their policy is not okay. This just adds to the conception already out there that medical groups in general couldn't care less about their patients. It's all about the money. We'll see if my 4th attempt to see Dr. Rocha works out.

Dr. Mahdavi is learned, personable and a great advocate for his patients. His upgrade to Pavblu for AMD seems to have shown improvement to my vision overnight. Thank you, Dr. Mahdavi.
My entire experience with Dr Chen was absolutely amazing. She was attentive to my concerns, she explained the process of the eye exam and answered my concerns with my vision. She was very professional and helpful. I’m happy to say that I’ve found my optometrist from this point forward.
ZERO STARS!! GO ELSEWHERE! Dr. Grant and his assistant Kimberly are TERRIBLE! She doesn’t respond and is rude. Dr Grant does not have a system in place and is truly chaotic. He makes it sound good and then leaves you hanging. My mother is rapidly losing vision due to lack of urgency and professionalism from them. Azul Vision should be shut down or get new management. Current management, assistants and counselors should reported by everyone. I’m reporting them to the board. There is no reason we should have waited 3 months for measurements after our initial appointment and now another 2-3 months to get scheduled FOR SURGERY (no telling how long we have to wait after) is RIDICULOUS. We are switching Drs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
At appointment all staff are friendly, caring and efficient. The office is very modern and clean. Dr. Rocha was very caring, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything very well. When calling in, long hold times before getting a live person on phone to schedule appointments or handle any business. Cannot call office locations directly, must be a call center?
