San Jose Eye Care

I purchased some Ray Ban glasses for my son with transitions and spent over $400 here, they broke after a few months and we took them in to get fixed and they refused to help. The older women here are the ones that assisted us and kept saying they don't fix the glasses there. Despite asking them if they could send them out to get fix and we can possible get another frame (we would purchase) until the fixed ones come in and they blantly said no. I will be contacting the office again and hope to speak to someone in charge there as this is not okay and I will not let this go. Bad customer service

I got my glasses here a few years back. Came back to get a new pair they have a wide variety of frames. They're very helpful and would recommend this place

Waited 45 minutes *with an appointment* and was never seen. A family who arrived after me with a later appointment was helped first. No explanation or acknowledgment. Left because it wasn’t worth the wait. Very disappointing.

I don't know about anyone else who works at this office but the two older Vietnamese ladies who work in the front have no idea what they're doing. They put any order issues/problems aside for MONTHS before they try to address the issue. Each time you call they act confused and tell you to wait but never call back until you finally call them and they do the same thing all over again. My family member is about to lose their insurance benefits for glasses this year because these people aren't taking prompt responsibility for their carelessness. This issue could have been resolved as least 2 months ago and they still won't do it even when the vision insurance company has reached out to them and told them how to resolve the issue (which is one simple phone call!). This place is ridiculous.
