Ms Debbie was the most wonderful help in figuring out my first pair of glasses! She made the experience so much fun!! I'd rate 6 stars if I could 😁

Great experience at Target Optical! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The doctor was thorough, professional, and very easy to talk to. Everyone was welcoming and made what could be a boring appointment actually enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I walked in for my appointment and was immediately greeted by the staff! While I waited for my exam Mayra ( I think is her name) picked out a couple pairs of glasses to try on. The exam was quick and easy and I was helped by Debbie for the rest. She was very nice and helpful! I definitely recommend this location.
If this was just a once occurrence, I would let it go, but this is the second time this almost exact thing has happened to me. I was in Target. so I went in to get glasses I go to the counter and there’s only one person there and she just finished with somebody else and then she proceeded to get on the computer for at least a couple of minutes and not even acknowledge. I was standing there. Just as she finished on the computer, the phone rang and instead of saying, I’ll call you back or please put you on hold. She stood there for a couple minutes to talk to somebody on the phone. I don’t consider that good customer service. The person in the store should be the priority not the person on the phone. At the very least, you should acknowledge the person standing right in front of you. This is the second time this almost same thing has happened to me. Well in my book 2 strikes and you’re out. I will be going “any place else” from now on.
Everyone at this location is so kind and knowledgeable. My only issue with the brand as a whole is the virtual dr appts. After receiving care virtually in store it has been a complete hassle to get a copy of my prescription. Because the doctor isn’t on site, they can’t access much of anything. I’ve come in multiple times to get a signed copy and somehow they are never able to produce it. My advice would be to just see the doctor in person and wait until they are available. Virtual was supposed to help with convenience, this method just takes up a ton of time.
