I made an appointment for my daughter and myself and all the staff here were amazing! The receptionists, the techs and Dr Luna were all fantastic. I felt that they assessed our eyes throughly and I feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this location!

I’ve finally found the place for my family’s yearly eye exams! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Luna took the time to listen to my concerns and was extremely polite throughout the visit. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase unnecessary products or upgrades. They simply focused on providing the care and recommendations that I actually needed. I loved everything about my experience and will definitely be returning for years to come. 10/10 — highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an awesome visit, staff was very nice and made me feel at home. Transparency was never an issue. I forgot my representatives name, but she had prepared my glasses with care. I will definitely return and order sunglasses. Thank you.

The staff was amazing! After one visit I briefly got to Dr. Chelsey, Ms. Tonya, Ms. Mo, Ms. Monica (croc loco!), and the eye imager technician (i didn't get her name). The whole team was positive and ushered me through each step. These were the types of peraonalities that get invites to the holiday BBQ. Clear answers to questions as the utmost professions. Only thing that could have made the visit better would have been a job there to be a part of their team. Thank you.

Went in to use my husband’s vision benefits before the end of the year. The group of girls that sells the actual glasses looked uninterested in helping, however I still approached one of them to see about getting some help. I proceed to give her my insurance information and explaining what we were looking for, she said she couldn’t help me because whoever we were at previously authorized the frames already, and that I had to figure out who it was and call them to delete the authorization. I asked if possibly she could call VSP as I went to a few locations, she said no, I had to do it. So I left, the lack of assistance when the store was completely empty was unsettling. So I get on the phone call VSP and they advised that there was not any authorization on my husband’s benefits, and there had not been any authorization on them ever. Needless to say, they lost a customer for lack of wanting to help or work. It seemed the gossip amongst each other was more important. Just very disappointed.
