I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts for 30 years and seen countless eye doctors all over the country and Doc Swanson is by far the best. Smart guy, and got me seeing better than I have in years with a very complicated prescription. Also, the front desk girls are all super cute and extremely nice and hard working. Absolutely the best.
Dr. Swanson and his staff are extremely nice, friendly and professional! I highly recommend this location, my daughter and I both utilize his services, he thoroughly explains how to care for our eyes as well as which is the best and affordable contact lenses, not only this but my daughter is very shy and reserved and he brings her out of her shell by using humor and simple conversations, great doctor! Thank you for providing phenomenal customer service.
The optometrist was kind and professional, but the front desk staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was told it would be $90 with insurance for my contact lens prescription. I saved up the $90 and came back, only to be told that because it was over 30 days, it’s now $140. That was never properly explained upfront. It feels like they look for excuses to tack on extra fees. Instead of showing any understanding, they were snappy and dismissive. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Because of the front office alone, I won’t be returning.
Dr. Swanson is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had; very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes great care of his patients and doesn’t rush them out the door, he really pays attention to what is being said to him. The ladies are also very sweet and kind and always make me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟
Very attentive doctor. The glasses were made in three weeks, although they said that they would be ready in six weeks.
