I recently visited for a routine eye exam with Dr. Cao and she was amazing! She found me the perfect prescription and the entire staff was so warm and welcoming. They made purchasing contacts so easy and even helped me find a way to get them paid for with insurance. I highly recommend.
Recently had an annual visit. They charged me a fortune for new lenses & refused to renew my eye drops for dry eye that a previous Dr there prescribed. Dr's always changing. Staff has been pleasant until this issue....said they changed billing companies and don't have my records since 2022....what Dr doesn't protect your medical records
I highly recommend Ironwood eye care center in scottsdale. Dr. Cao and all her staff members are very helpful and professional at what they do. Thank you Dr. Cao for giving me a better view of the world with my new eye contacts. I gladly appreciate all you do.
