This place is simply fantastic! From the moment we called to book an appointment to the entire eye check, we had the best experience ever. I don’t think I’ll go to any other place in NYC to buy glasses anymore. Thanks to Khatera and Ariel, we had the most fabulous experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for new glasses. And last but not least, the styles they have are fantastic.

You really can’t do any better than the service level and the quality of See Eyewear. LaToya is the manager and runs the place perfectly—she takes her time with you and makes sure everything is perfect. She goes above and beyond to help you look the way you want to look, and is conscious of your budget. I can’t wait to go back to try on my new glasses and spend some more time chatting!

Khatera and Monique are so awesome!! They helped adjust my glasses 2x when I walked in. My frames were falling off my face and I didn’t like my black nose pads. I came in and they replaced with clear nose pads that I ordered from Amazon. And helped me all within 5 minutes. What an amazing experience! Felt welcome the moment LaToya greeted me at the door. I was given plenty of space to find frames that interested me, LaToya found even more fabulous frames that I didn’t see on my walk around, then we got to work on narrowing down which ones I wanted to move forward with. Such a great, encouraging space to try on glasses and find what works best for you. Thank you, LaToya and the SEE team for making buying glasses simple and so much fun. Edit to add: Picked up my new frames today and I am over the moon! SEE continues to impress me with their dedication to their people - customers and staff! It's clear from spending any amount of time in this store how everyone is happy to be there and of course help customers, too. I appreciate LaToya giving me plenty of times to stop by when she would be there to complete the pickup. I popped into See Eyewear to see if they could help adjust my glasses so they would sit evenly on my face. Ariel helped me, and he was incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to carefully adjust my frames, making sure they fit perfectly. I fully expected to pay for the service, but Ariel insisted there was no charge. That was such a pleasant surprise and completely unexpected. Excellent customer service and a great experience. The store itself is beautiful and has a great selection of frames. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next pair of glasses. Thank you, Ariel!
