I recently lost one of the nose pads on my sunglasses while walking around the streets of Charleston, which was, by the way, very uncomfortable! I stopped by SEE Eyewear, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They replaced the nose pad free of charge, and the whole thing took less than five minutes. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and had a big smile. Such a convenient and pleasant experience! Thank you so much again, SEE Eyewear. You really saved my day! 😊

I had such a great experience at See Store here in Charleston that I felt like I had to leave a review. While on vacation, the ear pad on my Ray-Ban sunglasses broke, and another store had already told me they couldn’t help. I stopped into See, and Kelly and Shawni immediately jumped into problem-solving mode like it was their personal mission to make sure I didn’t leave with sunglasses scratching the side of my face every time I put them on. Even though they don’t really stock repair parts, they worked together to find a piece that might fit, carefully heated and removed the old one, and had the new piece installed in under a minute. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely excited to help, which honestly stood out just as much as the repair itself. What really amazed me was that they wouldn’t even charge me, even after I insisted on paying something. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend this place, not only if you need new glasses, but if you want to deal with people who actually care about helping customers instead of just clocking in and out. Kelly and Shawni were awesome.

They supply a vast array of lenses and frames. Dr. Victoria Bolyard has been my optometrist for as long as I can remember. Not only are the staff and Dr. Bolyard extremely knowledgeable, I trust that they truly care about your vision.

The glasses are so fun and stylish. The real highlight are the amazing women who run this shop. I hadn’t been in for a while and they remembered my name. They have taken excellent care of my entire family. My husband ended up having an ocular migraine at the store today and they gave him, fluids, electrolytes and took care of him. They are helpful with all the big and little details for your glasses, lenses and more. They have weekend hours. Amazing
