I found Dr. Ngo for over 20 plus years in Palo Alto. I'm so glad I found him, after my first ever horrible experienced with another optometrist. Where my original eye sight was better than the prescriptions contact lenses & glasses that they prescribed me. But when Dr. Ngo saw me and fixed that. I never wanted to see anyone else. Unfortunately, I no longer work in Palo Alto and that's at least 30 plus minutes travel for me. But I was still trying to see him there for a little bit. Until just a about 6 years back, I found him in Milpitas. I couldn't be more happy. His price is very reasonable. I can't speak for the products. But, if price is high, I don't have to buy it if I don't like it. So I don't get why people complaints about high prices and still buy the products. Just don't buy it. Problems solved. Overall, I love Dr. Ngo. He is very thorough, very personable and professional. My husband is also getting his eye check here as well. I would of bring my kids but they are covered from our health insurance in Kaiser. Otherwise, I would be more than happy to bring them here. Also, the gentlemen running the office is very pleasant and personable to talk to as well. I highly recommend this place.

I strongly advise against visiting this optometry clinic. The service provided is subpar, and they fail to remind patients about missed appointments. If you miss an appointment, they charge a hefty fee of $25. Moreover, if you don't pay within two days, they'll add another $25 on top of the initial charge. On top of that, their prices for glasses are exorbitant, and their attitude is downright rude. I highly recommend avoiding this place altogether.

I don't recommend it for kindergarten-aged children; they lack knowledge of how to deal with children. I canceled my daughter's treatment; the assistant complained about all the paperwork she had to complete. I didn't like the service and attention, nor did I like the price. My husband and I left with expensive glasses, and supposedly they gave me a discount.

I took an eye test at Dr. Ngo's office for me and my wife. The staff was very polite and responsive (both on call and in written communication). They always followed up with text messages/emails when asked. During the test also, they were extremely polite and helpful and yet professional in their approach. I would recommend going to them again.
