I have really enjoy the service the team are inviting, friendly and attentive. The Dr. really listens to concerns and goes out of his way to ensure to provide eye care beyond just glasses. Demonstrating that he values his patients, their well being and time. Thank You The team that assist you with glasses are phenomenal Ms. Grace was very helpful and pleasant, she made the experience a very positive and happy one in the midst of a stressful snowy day , I felt welcomed, valued, respected, and appreciated. Friendly fast paced service . The eye doctor was pleasant and empathetic. The eye doctor, Samantha and the beautiful girl with the Afro at the front put me onto more discounts with contacts which encouraged me to order ahead. 10/10 no notes.

I was incredibly impressed with how the Well Vion Team treated everyone whom they served including me while I was there. People came in a little nervous about getting an exam or glasses but left happy and with big smiles. The Optician Dr. Raynor was very professional, warm and so likeable. Jasmine was just exceptional with me and was patient, skilled and got the lenses out of my old glasses so I could keep my frame that I really liked when my lenses come back.
