Excellent experience! The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. I really appreciated how transparent everyone was, especially the optometrist. She explained everything clearly and walked me through what to expect during the appointment. The exam was thorough, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time while checking my eyes. She also gave me a heads-up about the dilation drops, which I appreciated. Overall, a great visit!! I would definitely recommend coming here!

Have been a patient at Seek Vision for 10 years (with Dr Tsao). Service has been consistently excellent, timely, and professional. I’ve never had problems making appointments, or rescheduling when needed. Appointment reminders are sent by text and or email, which is helpful for busy folks. (They even send out birthday cards!). Recommendations for my eyes have always been thoroughly discussed with me, along with options. They’re tops in my books. 👍👍👍

It was an excellent experience. I highly recommend you to go there. This doctor is very meticulous and patient in her examination, and her assistant is also very nice. They answer all your questions. I'm very glad to have such a good ophthalmologist so close to my home.

This has been the best experience by far I’ve had with an optometrist. They are friendly, thorough in checking your eye health, and quick turnaround with glasses and contacts! They follow up via text and let you know when everything is ready which is a nice touch! This will be my go to place from now on!

Very nice office. Front people are very helpful and professional. Dr. Tsao was wonderful. Gave me loads of info regarding hard contact lenses which I have worn all my adult life. She was very thorough. Did not leave disappointed. Now just have to wait for my owners to come in.
