Except for MY maps app sending me in circles and making it hard to find the facility. I was 30 mins late, the people were friendly, they worked me in in a timely manner, even though I was late. The doctor was thorough, and accommoding. Everyone was wonderful! I would for sure recommend this facility to friends and family.

I would give this office 5 stars if the receptionists and the lady who handles eyeglass orders were more professional and less condescending. The doctor was amazing, and I truly appreciated the care she provided. However, my frustration is with the employee who assisted us with ordering my son’s glasses. My son wanted a pair of Nike frames, and she immediately told us he could not choose those because his insurance (Medi-Cal) would not cover them. I explained that this was not a problem because I was willing to pay out of pocket. Despite that, she ignored what I said and continued insisting on showing my son only the frames covered by his insurance. I found this behavior offensive. I had already made it clear that I was willing to pay for the glasses, yet she repeatedly steered us toward the free options. It felt as though she had made assumptions about our financial situation simply because my son has Medi-Cal. To make matters worse, when I asked if the glasses could be mailed to us, she acted as though it was a major inconvenience because there would be a shipping fee. Again, I never indicated that paying for shipping would be an issue. No one should be stereotyped or treated differently based on the type of insurance they have. Professionalism means listening to patients and their families rather than making assumptions. By the way, I am a registered nurse. I treat all of my patients with respect regardless of their insurance status.

Staff was nice & helpful! Eye exam was quick and Dr Serrin provided a lot of information and pictures when explaining the health of my eyes. I enjoyed the ladies up in front especially the girl who helped me with picking out my glasses she was nice & made me feel comfortable the entire staff treats you like family & was kind! Definitely will be coming back again

Your front end schedules week un attentive. Pointed me where to go for frames , said loudly , you are medical so you can only pick from this wall while other patrons jist stared as if i had leprosy, aside the fact my glasses were stolen she loudly said well your on medical so you can only get 1 visit every 2 yrs so we can't schedule you for an exam . I let her know my vision was blurred with my prescription . She said we'll ":! Your medical so call them . The other front receptionist was starring non stop and would turn when id stare back like what kind of gossiping establishment is this . I've been a long time patient and I did not appreciate the rudeness or the fact her loud statements that I was medical . I dont think it was any of the other patients buosness.
