I had such a positive experience with the optometrist team and truly appreciate the level of care and kindness they showed. Although my appointment wasn’t available for another month and I had upcoming travel plans out of state, they went out of their way to help me in the meantime. I had run out of contact lenses, and without hesitation, the team provided me with enough to last until my scheduled appointment—completely free of charge. That kind of generosity and understanding made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Patient care is a top priority for this office. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely concerned about making sure I was taken care of. Acts like this really set them apart, and I’m grateful for their help. I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointment and continuing care with such a compassionate and professional team. Highly recommend!

Makayla saved the day for me! After calling about 7 eye places on a Saturday afternoon she was the only person I reached that gave me the time of day. I was desperate for new contacts on vacation and she was fantastic. So so thankful for her!

Their frames selections R fairly nice, though pretty limited due 2 size constraints. I really wish that they would get a bigger selection of plastic frames with the adjustable nose pads that are on wire rim glasses. Their prices aren't 2 bad either. There's a wide variety and large selection of varying price points 2 chose from. The staff is really helpful, but do not look like they enjoy their jobs. They're very rarely smiling. And the manager there is not at all very outgoing, warm, welcoming, engaging, or approachable. She gives off a military/Marines vibe. Will definitely get the job done, but very cold and mechanical. Their doctor is super nice and we all really like her. But they must have some underlying issue or problem bc they seem 2 B looking for help on a fairly regular basis. Which could potentially be a very big red flag.

Courtney is amazing! We came in with my daughter's broken glasses and she fixed them in a matter of minutes. She was super nice and so helpful!
