I went to update my prescription and was helped by Austin and Dr. Macphee. They both had wonderful customer service and Austin was a huge help when picking a frame that looks good on my face. I will definitely be going back for future eye care needs.
I am very impressed with them! My eye exam was more detailed than a typical eye exam elsewhere. The associate had went well out of their way to get me the perfect frame for my face based on recommended frames for my face and tastes. Most importantly they helped this glbt girl out with respect!
The optometrist is very personable at this location, which I greatly appreciate and Becca is soooooooo helpful. She is such an asset to this store. She excels in making suggestions without making it feel like she’s trying to upsell me on every little thing. I only wish they had a wider selection of fun frame styles. Almost everything there is basic/bland (which is why I gave 4 stars).
Super super helpful team! My glasses broke, And they were able to fix them within an hour! Free of charge even. Glasses now fit better than they did before! Shout out to the young guy who fixed them, and the lady who cleaned up my spare pair
