Shopko Optical

We had a wonderful experience with Shopko Optical in Rochester. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to verify my mom's insurance before ordering her glasses and answered all of our questions. When we realized the lenses had been made as bifocals instead of readers, they immediately offered to reorder them with no hassle. The replacement glasses were ready quickly, and my mom absolutely loves them. Excellent customer service, great communication, and genuinely kind people. Thank you for making the process so easy. Highly recommend!

My experience was very good. Interaction with every person was very nice and I had a lovely time with Evie. She helped me pick out the best frames for me which was appreciated because I was there alone. For the first time I had my interactions with Doctor and one other person through a video call and it wasn't so bad at all. I still felt like I received quality care. Looking forward for my new glasses to arrive.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I walked in to get a prescription for contacts and Leah was very helpful and personable. Dr. Voyna is so sweet. I felt like she actually took the time to listen to me and do what's best for me. They even fixed my glasses that I recieved from the VA so they fit properly. I highly recommend shopko optical.
