I came here in December 2025 with a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses. I paid about $220 for Visionworks to replace the old lenses with prescription ones. At the time, this seemed worth it. Prescription Ray-Bans are over $300, and the lenses were a little scratched anyway. I picked them up about two weeks later and immediately noticed that they were in a case that didn't look like it should have fit them - and I was right. They didn't seem to fit the same way. They keep falling off my face and feel looser. The case that they were sent back in was too small and I think it was forced closed and squished the frames. These are plastic frames, not metal ones, so re-shaping them isn't easy. I waited to write this review because I was overall happy. They were polite, reasonably priced, and the glasses were ready when they said they would be. But every time I wear these glasses I get frustrated by this problem that, according to the internet, is not easily fixable.

Super disappointed with my last experience here. I waited over a month to receive my contacts. I ordered my contacts in-store following an eye exam (might as well mention it was a repeat eye exam since the first got my prescription totally wrong). After a couple weeks, I went in-store to ask about the status of my contacts. They told me that they should be arriving soon and had already been shipped. I called them again after another couple weeks and all they said was that they were still on their way. During both interactions, I also confirmed my address. Finally received my contacts after over 5 weeks to the WRONG address! The receipt also said it had been shipped two weeks AFTER the worker had told me it had already shipped. They have officially lost a previously loyal customer.
This place is a joke, I had called three times to get them to send me my eye prescription so i can order frames elsewhere and to visit a different eye clinic. Each time I called I was told that a manager was emailing my records over to me, in which I have never received. They also refused to let me give verbal consent for them to give my information to a family member in their office and stated I needed to call again to get my stuff sent to me or I can just come in the store to get it. Not easy when working full time and living an hour away. Seems as the manager and staff are lazy and not willing to help or willing to complete their job responsibilities. ALSO, they will refuse to let you schedule with an onsite doctor, they only schedule you with telemedicine, which is highly unhelpful and do not get your prescription correct or adjust the prescription appropriately if you have an astigmatism.
The front desk is really slow and oftentimes are confused as to what they’re doing. The optometrist got my perception wrong, and instead somehow lowered my prescription. When I got around to ordering glasses for myself, the prescription was so bad I was seeing double and had to go somewhere else for a new prescription entirely.
I booked an appointment for my 4-year old daughter a week and a half ago. Only to arrive to the appointment to be turned away. *On the VSP website it states they see children age 0-5 years old.* They sent multiple texts confirming my appointment, including a text confirmation the day before the appointment. They called once the day before the appointment at the same exact time the confirmation text was sent to me and did not leave a voicemail. They also did not text me that my appointment was cancelled - instead they CONFIRMED the appointment. I took time off of work, loaded 3 toddlers up, and drove 15 min to the appointment. As well as they wasted a week and a half of our time waiting for this appointment. My daughter wears glasses already. She’s been to the eye doctor a few times in a different state before we moved here. I am BEYOND angry about this. GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS RIGHT! The man who turned us away at the front desk was dismissive and less than apologetic. He claimed they must’ve had the wrong phone number but my wife had them read her the number and it was indeed correct. DO NOT GO TO VISIONWORKS! Edit update: They just texted me again saying they’re sorry I missed my appointment and automatically scheduled me a new one. Posting screenshot below. This is a horribly run office.
