Shopko Optical is an excellent choice when caring for your eyes. Dr Lorenz takes the time and answers all your questions during your appointment. Javen is the best assistant. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to complete our visit to our satisfaction. She is super friendly and kind and made our visit a pleasant experience.
Stay away from this place. Ordered glasses. Waited 2 weeks, when received got an instant headache when I put them on. They checked the lenses, and said the prism was "way off." Waited another week plus as they said they would expedite them, got a message today that they were in. Drove 30 miles into town AGAIN just to be told they were not in. Obviously I am not the only one who has issues here. I have been in the store 3 times now, and every time the store manager is apologizing profusely on the phone to a customer. Never again with this place.
Julia is amazing; she's a customer experience expert!! She helped us out with glasses and sunglasses! She's friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! What a great experience!
This gal was very professional, polite, pleasant and was willing to get answers to all my questions. She took the time to make sure my glasses fit perfectly. She was even so kind to walk to the door and open it as my hands were full. Thank you Javen, you deserve this recognition.
Just wanted to share the wonderful experience that we had at the St Cloud Shopko Optical. Julia was the one that helped us and she was wonderful. Answered all of our questions and even though the store was VERY busy spent the time with us as if we were her only patient. Very helpful, patient, caring and professional. We will be back!!!
