Shyu Eye Care

I visit Brandywine Eye Center annually, and they are great! Dr Shyu runs an efficient, and friendly office. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room for my appointments to begin. Such efficiency and respect for patients’ time is much appreciated and certainly not something I experience at every other doctor’s office. I need to have my eyes dilated and examined, and that kind of work can take a while, and involves a number of different pieces of equipment, but the staff do a great job of moving me through the process and most times I am back to my car in about an hour. Dr Shyu himself is the kind of doctor who exudes competence, confidence and kindness in equal measure. I highly recommend.

The staff polite and professional. The office was very nice roomie and beautifully decorated. Dr. Adams was very knowledgeable and informative, she kept me updated on each step, and then lead me to select eyeglasses. It was all very proficient. I would recommend this office and I hope to see them in a year.

Everyone in the office from support staff to techs to the optometrist was helpful and professional. I departed with a clear understanding of my vision health as well as items to monitor and report if they worsened. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs an eye doctor!

Dr. Shuy and the wonderful staff have a very proficient office. You rarely sit in the waiting areas long enough to get interested something you may want to read. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and patient. Dr. Shuy greets you with a handshake and a smile. And ends your visit the same way. He answers all questions so that you understand them.

This was my first visit to Brandywine Eye Center. All the staff were very pleasant and capable. The technician took the time to explain the tests as she did them and answered questions. Dr. Shyu was very professional and informative. I'm glad to have found an excellent eye care practice.
