Excellent service. Fast and reliable. Dr. William Boozan was VERY GOOD, very thorough, and to the point. He is caring, friendly, and took the time to explain. Staff were fast, efficient, and friendly. Will recommend to other patients.
Dr Ellant has always been superb!!! Six years ago he diagnosed me with macular degeneration and sent me the next day to see a great retinologist. He has recommended cataract surgery which I finally realized I need. First he is treating an eye infection. A caring,knowledgeable doctor highly recommended!
I was referred by a friend to Dr Ellant. The office runs like a well oiled machine. It’s a busy office so there is some wait time. Dr Ellant if very thorough and that takes time which I didn’t mind at all. I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I walked in.
Literally the worst experience I have ever had getting my eyes checked. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a medical office. Dr. Whigham was over an hour late to see me (for a 9:30 appointment, mind you). He came in like a tornado, and spent 10 minutes with me. When I asked questions, his answers were incomprehensibly confusing. I’ve been wearing glasses for 45 years and have never before found the experience to be remotely confusing. Now I need to schedule with a different eye doctor altogether to make sense of what happened in this office. What a waste of my time and money. Never again. Before scheduling here, read the other reviews. It appears common to wait more than an hour. Another person similarly wrote that Dr Whigham was “scattered” and “unhelpful.” I’m not even the first person to write that this was the worst experience they’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. It appears that this practice is not taking any of this feedback to heart.
SightMD is truly outstanding. The doctors (Dr.Ellant is mine) are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, explain everything, and are incredibly dedicated. The staff is also so kind, caring and friendly. I’m continually blown away by their service. I honestly enjoy my visit, which is unheard of for a dr appointment!
