Going to Dr. Kuo was completely life changing for me! I had struggled with several optometrists that could not get my prescription right for almost a year and it was debilitating. Dr. Kuo immediately found the issue and fixed my prescription. I got new glasses and contacts and can finally see again! It was a complete miracle that I went to see her and I am super grateful for her reassurance, patience, and problem solving. Her office staff are incredibly helpful, fitting me in quickly and also helping me rush order my glasses when I was on vacation and lost them. Dr. Kuo is the best optometrist around, and I highly recommend her and her office without any reservations!

They are all about selling the most expensive glasses to you and don't tell you that once you order, even if on a Sunday that you can't cancel the next day. They suggested taking a picture of my eyes for additional money so I didn't have to get them dilated, but then I had to get them dilated. Then my glasses can't be used because the reading part of the transition is lower than my eyes so I have to lift them up. I will never go back to this place!

I've been seeing Dr. Kuo for years (since she was in a different location on Castro). I've always had a great experience, and appreciate how friendly and helpful Dr. Kuo is.

This was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the follow up was great. Excellent customer service and great eye exam.
