Went inside To orthopedic department to see my Orthopedic Dr nurse who when I checked in sent right to xray. Thry coukd see issue with both knees but need to focus on 1 at a time. So the worse was my right it was giving me a hard time. She did see arthritis and also an issue with thr meniscus. First and easiest step is the steroid injection to my knee and also physical therapy. They need these to show a record of attempts to order and get thebik from insurance to get an mri that will give then s more detail view of my knee. Lucky I have been do physical therapy for a separate issue. Waiting for follow up appt and see what is said hopefully it will be the mri so we can pinpoint issue for s fact and come up with best plan to fix. Very nice friendly and clean office. I am use to see the main dr. At a diffrent location but they work very similar

Appointment for 2:15pm but it’s 3pm and no doctor in the room. Very unorganized. Keep in mind if you show up 15mins late they will cancel your appointment but they are okay with making you wait until they are all done laughing out there. Sitting here just hearing them talk about their personal life laughing. It’s truthfully disappointing and disrespectful. I’d never come here again.

Dr Ulip OD is great. Every eye exam is thorough and very well explained. She is always smiling and happy and willing to answer any questions.You may have. I highly recommend visiting her.

Absolutely wonderful place! The staff in the office and in the lab were very nice, extremely friendly supportive and there to help you in every single way. I went in to see NP Jona D. She was absolutely wonderful and on top of it! She made going to the doctor easy, as well as the ladies in the lab! I’m happy to go back to this office again.

No one answers the phones, you’re automatically disconnected after being on hold for an hour. Their systems have been down for two and a half weeks so patients can’t make appointments, get into their portals, see their bills or results. Joke of a practice. Last week I had a scheduled appointment made in January, they called me just a couple of hours before my appointment to cancel it on me. They rescheduled me to the next day, and who they scheduled me with wasn’t even there. I’ve hated this practice for years. I have been trying to get in touch with my doctor’s office since 7:45 this morning, and it’s after 2 PM. I need prescription refills which the doctor did not send over to my pharmacy and now I can’t get in touch with the doctor. They handled this software system failure horrendously.
