Can't believe I've been a customer of Dr. Pelini for 11-12 years now. Love everything about her and her staff, professional quality, and customer service. Above all, honesty is more important to me. Not feeling been pushed or sold items not needed. If looking for an eye care place, you have found it with Dr. Pelini, and worth exploring with a visit. Lastly, the location is easy to get to, as you can drive or better, take public transportation because it's on Michigan Ave.

I had a great experience with this office. They were incredibly accommodating, professional, and willing to help on very short notice when I was in a bind. Claudia was very friendly and it's clear they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond when needed.

Great collection of glasses and staff couldn’t be nicer. Dr. Pelini is very caring, thorough, and always looks out for her patients. Great place to replace polarized lenses as well. Highly reccomend!

Our experience today was amazing. The entire team supported my husband and I. They were extremely gracious, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Pellini is top notch and always does an excellent job with our exams! Today they made our day!!!!
