I have been a patient at the Dowagiac office for approximately 8 years. The doctors and staff have always been great. Today, John squeezed me in for an emergency eye glass repair to assist an out-of-town visitor. The care was greatly appreciated and deserving of public acknowledgement!
Tammy, who helped me with questions I had about my new glasses, was very thorough in asking questions, making adjustments, checking the glasses against the prescription, and in general, trying her best to make sure I had the best experience I could have with my new glasses. I totally recommend Smoke Vision Dowagiac, as I have been a long-time customer, and they have always been top shelf in customer service!
I can't single out any one person. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I have real difficulty with my lenses turning out properly but never at Smoke Vision.
Dr Urbanski and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Love Smoke Vision and will be a patient for life!
