This place is awesome! Dr. Lambert takes her time with her patients. She makes you feel like you are very special. Tfe techs are amazing. I stopped by for adjustments or just eyeglass cleaning!
What an excellent experience yesterday. Not only did they get my son in the same day for a very time sensitive exam, they created a pair of glasses the same afternoon. Excellent communication and very fair pricing! Thank you for accommodating his needs and treating him so well.
They are amazing! They will do anything to make sure things are correct with your glasses. I changed my mind three times on my frames and they didn't bat an eye. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Lambart is so friendly; she takes time to get to know you but is still efficient. Highly recommend!
The staff is always so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I would continue to be their patient even if I had to drive 2 hours for it. The level of of care and warmth is completely unmatched. 10/10
SWVC of Edwardsburg was able to resolve an issue from a MyEyeDr location. They were able to tell me I do NOT have dry eye & figured out I need a prism. They also helped me through the process of having MyEyeDr location reinstate my vision insurance to allow me to utilize it for lenses that actually are the right prescription. They have been very helpful, kind, & professional. I would 100% recommend them for any vision issue or concern, especially ensuring you have the right prescription. Many of you know how frustrating it can be when you can’t see clearly and are told “it takes time to get used to a new prescription,” but you know something is wrong. SWVC of Edwardsburg will fix you up!
