I had such a wonderful experience at Southwest Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and incredibly professional. The entire process was smooth, from scheduling to explaining my insurance benefits, and going over options afterwards/checking out was seamless. The office is clean and vibrant. The doctor, Katie, took the time to really listen to my recent concerns + explained everything clearly. I truly felt cared for and valued as a patient. It’s not always easy to find healthcare providers who combine efficiency with genuine compassion, but this team absolutely does. I’m so grateful for the positive experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care!

Wouldn’t go here if you have insurance. Had contacted my insurance to verify that I had replacement available & it was confirmed. Called them and they took forever to get back, then proceeded to lie and say that my insurance didn’t cover my replacement. Disappointed and won’t be going here again.

My experience so far has only been a positive one. I've gone through many eye doctors to get treated for regular eye issues but only ever found a few places that both take my insurance and can actually treat me. With any luck and with time this one can be included.
