This was our first time ever to this office and we arrived in time but couldn’t find the office. We called and asked for help at around 2:05 as we had arrived but couldn’t find the office. We walked in at 2:12 for a 2pm appointment; as we waited a few minutes for someone to see us and waiting for the lady to use the computer we were told we were given a no-show and would not be seen. We got inside the office 2 minutes past their 10 minute window and they refused to see us. It was our first time to this location and it is not easy to find or see from the road. The staff knew we had trouble getting to the location as we were on the phone with them immediately before arriving. “Office efficiency,” has nothing to do with 2 minutes when looking at context, which this office was unable to do. It’s difficult for me to leave the house and this was a very bad experience. I have been going to the Buchanan office for over 10 years with no issues, the staff and experience there is wonderful in comparison. I would never go back to this location, it was jarring how coldly dismissive they were and how little consideration was given.
