Very polite and professional staff. I didnt have to wait long to be called in for my exam. Tbe Dr was awesome and he took his time and gave me more information to understand a few things i didnt know about issues i was having with my vision. Other doctores in the past had told me it was nothing and brushed it off. So I am very satisfied. Hope to be able to come back again.
Today, I had another great experience at Somerton Eye Care Center for my eye exam and contact lens fitting visit. The team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure my prescription and contacts felt right, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. It was my first time going to somerton eye center. I went there to order my glasses since I had gotten. New prescription elsewhere. The other place I had gone too didn’t give me the best customer service when it came down to ordering glasses so I went to somerton eye care to get a quote. They treated me so well, they were very kind, professional and made my experience there so pleasant. I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses! Thank you so much somerton eye care center!
I went in to get my glasses fixed, and they ended up ruining my right lens in the process.The lens was fine before I brought them in, and now it’s damaged because of the work they did What makes the situation even more disappointing is that when we brought it up, they simply said there was nothing they could do about it. No solution, no responsibility, and no attempt to make things right. Very poor customer service. If you’re trusting them with your glasses, I would think twice before going here.
