I love this office! Dr. Matthew Bell is kind, fast, skilled, and hilarious--it's worth the appointment just to chat with him. Dr. Elizabeth Bell is also a delight to work with. They take insurance, but out-of-pocket exams are also extremely affordable ($155 for exam + contact fitting), and have barely increased in the 15+ years I've been a patient. You don't need a Costco membership for exams (though you do need one to buy glasses). I would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Elizabeth Bell provided excellent service to me today. The entire experience was better than I had expected. Dr. Bell was happy to slow down for me when needed. She explained clearly all of the things I need to know about my eyes and prescription. Dr Bell took extra time to explain to me why it might be a bad idea to order glasses online, but then told me how to get around those issues. Now I can have those cute crazy styles but still have exactly the right lenses. She was happy to write separate prescriptions for different kinds of glasses, no extra charge.

Very happy with my first visit there. Dr. Bell was thorough, professional, punctual, quick, and gave me some good advice. This is probably the best experience with an eye exam I have had (and I have had dozens). Also very affordable if you don't have vision insurance. Very clean, and very friendly staff as well.

I was amazed at how thorough Dr. Elizabeth Bell's examination was and how much detail with which she answered my many questions. I was a military pilot for my career and had annual eye exams performed by military ophthalmologists and Dr. Bell's was at least equivalent to those exams. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Elizabeth Bell gives the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Going above and beyond, she worked with me to get prescriptions for both reading at EXACTLY 15 inches and watching TV at EXACTLY 9 feet. I wore hard contacts for decades and got accustomed to perfect vision corrections. Finding someone who could accommodate my pretty specific needs was so lucky. I can't recommend her highly enough.
