Hi I’m Douglas Camargo and my experience was horrible. I had a appointment for my son at 9:15 am unfortunately I had to change my tire. We showed up to the office 9:30 and they (Dr. Law) refused to take my service. My son has serious problems in his eyes and the doctor didn’t even want to take a look at my sons eyes. He skipped school just to have nothing done for him. This is very very unprofessional and I don’t recommend ANYBODY to come here. South Florida Vision Center 9851 B S. This was the 4th (and, thankfully, the final) vision center I went to about purchasing glasses (the prior 3 vision stores’ glasses were so very, very over-expensive). The first thing I’d like to say about South Florida Vision is that the entire staff was absolutely wonderful, greeting me with kind smiles when I came to buy the glasses and, familiar with me upon pickup, were even friendlier. The selection of glasses was excellent (excellent prices - I got 2) and the expertise and thoroughness of adjusting them at pickup were very impressive.
The Doctor was extremely nice. But the lady "THE PROFESSIONAL" that fitted me with frames!! Wasn't professional at all! Sad cause I am struggling with the frames 💯!! Your the professional and you sold me glasses way to big for my face! I spent $$$ out of pocket for transition lenses. What a waste of time,$$$, and my Medicaid. Glasses are falling off my little face😔 I listened to you and you really screwed up my situation. I would be extremely cautious spending extra $$ on something that is not going to fit well! Now I know my measurements from another professional! I'm going to be asking you the professional what was my measurements?? Cause you never measured my face?!! Not once and you took advantage of it! Obviously you are ignoring me. I've called multiple times and left messages. I suppose you are ignoring the fact you screwed up!!
Quite literally the WORST experience I have ever had at a doctors office. From the disgustingly stained chairs to the rickety joke of equipment, the office is dingy, dirty, and unsanitary. They messed up my prescription, took my benefits, and offered no sort of reconciliation to fix what they had done. They ignored my calls and told me to “wait it out” even after a month of being unhappy with my vision. They don’t even have samples of contacts to give out to test your prescription. They are rude, nasty, and patronizing. Stay away if you value your time and money.
