Wow if I could rate -5 I would they are very irresponsible I been waiting over a month for my prescription lenses and now am being charged an outstanding fee which I was informed if I do not pay it the day of my appointment then I will not be seen but y am I being charged for something that don't happen or was done that day... This has nothing to do with the appointment I paid what was do that day I do not understand y it's been scheduled to or an appointment when I'm not asking for one I just want to pick up my prescription smh so unprofessional
The staff is very friendly and understanding of my needs . Im an adult with autism and times have been stressful lately but at Southgate Optometry they were able to work with my ability and understand what I was trying to say . I enormously appreciate that . Plus I got a really cute pair of frames . I can't wait to be able to pick them up .
Wonderful service! Dr. Tseng explained how my eyes are and Gabriela was so wonderful by helping me choose the glasses that fit me just right for my face. I highly recommend them!
Dr.Corona is the most patient, kind and approachable optometrist out there! Love that he grew up in the community and is very relatable. Love this place and have been coming for almost a decade!
