This outfit held my contact lense prescription hostage two times before finally releasing it to 1800contacts, who seemed very happy to have my business. This staff is rude, condescending and not user friendly. I’ll never refer anyone to this place.
I could smell booze during my eye exam, so I didn't go back. They use Google for information, they hate them selves, they have that much. Long day being in that office
Doctor was rude, arrogant, condescending, and tried to give advice beyond what an optometrist should. When my daughters glasses came in, they didn't even call us! I had to call and ask for an update. I will never return.
I've had a couple eye emergencies and they've been able to see me the same day I called. Best eye place I've been to over the years
I do so appreciate Dr. Benner and his staff for seeing me for an emergency visit. My symptoms were very frightening to me and they treated me very professionally and compassionately. Thanks a million!
