Southlake Family Eye Care

Highly recommend Southlake Family Eye Care! They made me feel comfortable, don't laugh at me when I jump during the eye puff test (this is a joke), and Dr. Koogler explained everything so well in terms that I actually understood. He cares and is extremely thoughtful and thorough. No "upselling" or trying to push different things. I have been going to this office for 5+ years and every single time I leave an appointment, I intend to write a review on how great this office is but forget. (They don't send the 18 text messages/reminders to leave a review like some businesses do!) This is authentic and genuine review - also great hours for after school/working parents.

I just had an eve exam with Dr. Koogler and I can't say enough our his professionalism, kindness, and what a comprehensive eye exam he provided. If you are in the Southlake area, please go see him and his wonderful team. As we get older, our eyes are more important than ever and I trust mine with Dr. Koogler!

Dr.Koogler, Kim and their whole staff have been like family to us. We have been patients for nearly 25 years and they have always been available, caring and kind. They have cutting edge technology that helps to keep an eye on and hopefully prevent potential issues. Our daughter turns 30 this year and Dr. Koogler fitted her with her first glasses when she was in preschool. We are grateful to have them.

Dr. Koogler is the best eye doctor I have ever spoken with. That is not an exaggeration. My 6 and 8 year olds saw him for a vision test. He was so wonderful with them. He spoke directly to them in a way that they could understand. He took time with them and explained to them exactly what he was doing and answered all their questions. He even showed them their eye pictures and explained the anatomy. They had quite a few questions and he answered them all! My 8 year old was very nervous about needing glasses and after this experience, he can’t wait to get his new glasses. The whole office staff was very kind. The office manager that helped them pick out their glasses was knowledgeable and she took time to help them find ones that fit and that they liked. My whole family will be going here! I also like that they have a couple days with extended hours so people can go in after work or so kids don’t have to miss school.

Professional, friendly and welcoming staff from front desk to Dr. Koogler. There was a mutual miscommunication with my trials and while they did not need to the staff took responsibility and provided effective solutions. Highly recommend.
