I was brought to the exam room quickly. The staff was polite, engaging and super friendly. They really made me feel comfortable and important. Dr Athans was great. Took the time to discuss my concerns. Acted like I was his only patient. Very happy

This was my first visit and will now become my new home. The staff was AMAZING and went well and beyond to get me the right help I needed for my son. They were very friendly and patient with me and not once had an attitude or rushed me off the phone. Me and my son had a warm welcome with everyone we interacted with. I live in fayetteville and no one in my area was able to give my son the proper care that was needed. Dr. Poindexter was PHENOMENAL!! He took his time with my son and made him feel very comfortable. He was kind and knowledgeable and I am grateful for people like him in the world. He seems to love his job and he remained professional as well. The facility was nice and clean, and the prices were as expected in today's times lol which I have no problem with because you have to pay for excellent care. Thank you all for loving your jobs, caring for others and staying professional. For those reading this, you will not go wrong coming here.

I had my annual appointment with Dr. Athans at Spectrum Eye Center and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and professionally by the front desk team. I was then taken back by a technician who was absolutely amazing, so kind, professional, and genuinely positive. The imaging process was just as smooth, with a gentleman who was thorough, patient, and made everything easy to understand. Every interaction leading up to seeing Dr. Athans was truly on point. Dr. Athans himself is an outstanding and talented physician. Working in healthcare, I recognize how important the patient experience is, and he absolutely delivers. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel like you are his only patient. He is, hands down, the best doctor I’ve had the pleasure of seeing since moving to North Carolina, he’s my forever doc. I also visited the optical department and was very well taken care of there. Even the least exciting part…paying the bill (LOL) was handled by a kind and professional team. Spectrum Eye Center in Pinehurst is simply the best. We could not be more pleased with the entire team!

Each step of the exam process occurred promptly with friendly and attentive technicians. Dr Athans was thorough and explained clearly my vision needs and options. My last eye Dr. Has been backed up for ages. I stopped in to Spectrum to see how long of a wait list they had. I was told I could be seen immediately! The staff was friendly and very professional. They were very thorough and ran several tests on my eyes. I originally stopped in just to see how long of a wait list they had for new customers, and ended up getting a full exam, and ordered new prescription lenses for my glasses as well as new contacts. Definitely a great experience! 100% would recommend.
