This is such an awesome team! Dr. Fogleman was very kind and patient, this was the best eye exam that I’ve had. I feel like he took his time and used his expertise to ensure that I was leaving with the right prescription. Diane and everyone at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Diane did a great job helping me choose the right frames and even stood by while I FaceTimed my husband to help pick out a frame. I’ve ordered from large name glasses companies online and had even been in stores begging for help to find a good frame/fit and was let down each time; but I felt very well taken care of here and will absolutely be returning for future needs!

Very professional and informative. Dr. Ballentine is amazing! I have so much confidence in her! I appreciate her and all the staff. The optician is great to work with. All were friendly and made me feel valued as a patient.

Great experience! Very welcoming employees and environment, the scheduling process was easy and the whole appointment was fast but thorough. They start but giving an itemized estimate and will answer any questions you have, then they have new technology so you don’t need to do the eye puff! The eye doctor explained all of my results so that I understood what I was looking at, and when I went to pick out glasses they gave opinions based on my face shape and prescription level. Would recommend Triangle Visions of SoPi!

I never saw a doctor, so my review is strictly about people who work in front, not the doctor. The place is terrible. The whole experience was horrible. If I could give it -10 stars I would. To at least the lady (a tall one, short haircut, gray hair) who "tried" to help me. She was arrogant, treating me like I'm a very small person and should just shut up and listen to her. When I was explaining what I need she would just stop me (interrupt me)and tell me what I actually need (she just met me and I don't believe she has any medical degree - yes she was trying to give me a medical advise) using the phrases "Girl, you are not young anymore" , "Fine you can do whatever you want" and she overall was very arrogant and VERY unpleasant to talk to. I ended up just taking my prescription and leaving. It was almost humiliating to be there. And I'm usually a very chill person and I never write reviews and never expect people to be extra nice. But that was just plain rude - the way she communicated with me.

The receptionists are prompt to greet me and explain consent forms and fees thoroughly. Armando and Dana are friendly, confident, and professional when ordering glasses &/ or contacts as well as great at explaining benefits and differences of various lenses, lens coatings, and frames. Laura and Dr Fogelman are professional and thoroughly answer questions about the optical exams and eye health.
